Big League Food Company is the next generation of beloved food brands. The company brings together unparalleled retail, manufacturing, sales, and support capabilities that deliver industry-leading results.

The company currently operates 30 retail units, in addition to serving over 800 wholesale partners and over 15,000 e-commerce customers. Big League Food Company is seeking a **Part-Time Order Desk Coordinator** to join our Village Juicery Team.

**About the Role -**

**Key Responsibilities-**
- Enter and oversee daily customer orders
- Resolve issues and coordinate all order related activities
- Release and coordinate orders for production
- Print and organize orders for Production and Delivery team
- Schedule the orders for delivery
- Support any team inquiries regarding the orders
- Verifying that pricing is correct and all products are available for sale
- Ensure through day-to-day use that the system is performing as expected
- Grocery Invoice Support
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues
- Strive for high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- All other tasks as assigned by the manager.

**Requirements and Desired Skills**
- Ability to work 2-3 days per week 8:30am - 4:30pm
- Availability on Sundays and Mondays are a must
- Ability to work at our facility in Mississauga - onsite role.
- Strong computer and organization skills with high proficiency in data entry
- Energetic personality with strong communication skills and attention to detail

Compensation

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
