We are looking for an innovative implementation engineer to develop and implement solutions that will meet clients’ business needs. As an implementation engineer, you would be independently responsible for analyzing business requirements, assess current product features, identify areas that need custom implementation and oversee development and implementation teams. You would be required oversee small to medium scale implementation projects. In addition you would independently implement stories and change requests within defined quality standards and agreed estimate. Participate in triage activities to identify root cause and recommend corrective measures to resolve the situation.

API (REST, SOAP), SSO, Token authentication, SQL (ORACLE preferred) are essential skills. Payments processing experience would be good to have but not necessary. Effective communication is a Key requirement to be successful in this role.
- Responsibilities_
- Work independently without supervision to design and implement solutions for large complex business requirements
- Comprehend Complex business strategies and requirements and develop necessary designs and plans to ensure projects and solutions satisfy those needs
- Act as a contributing member of the project team from project inception to completion
- Actively listen to client problems and needs to implement that information when creating solution plans
- Participate in triage activities to identify root cause and recommend corrective measures to resolve the situation
- Provide advice and make decisions about which technologies would be suitable to use for various projects
- Assess and evaluate risk as required
- Maintain understanding of how individual work and decisions fit into the broader organizational picture
- Keep skills updated and remain proactively aware of happenings and current events in the industry
- Mentor, educate, and train colleagues
