McNab, Stewart, Prince & Beattie is looking to hire a full-time real estate law clerk to join its well-established practice in Renfrew, Ontario.

Daily, you will get to work on files, together with our team. We pride ourselves on having a collegial and friendly environment where everyone works cooperatively. We have an “open door” policy where everyone is invited to ask questions of anyone in the firm.
- **What you need **_
- Law Clerk diploma from a recognized post secondary institution/college OR
- An undergraduate degree in any discipline from a Canadian University OR
- Relevant work experience
- **What you will be doing **_
- Assisting clients with a wide variety of real estate matters including buying, selling, and refinancing commercial and residential real estate matters
- Completing real estate transactions from opening to closing file
- Becoming proficient with the use of conveyancing and legal software, including Closer, Teraview, LLC Assyst
- Learning legal drafting
- Acquiring knowledge of law firm practices and procedures

This is a full-time permanent position with a competitive salary.
