- Bachelor of Education degree, Post Baccalaureate or Master of Education degree will be considered an

- Previous school leadership will be considered an asset
- Five years of successful classroom teaching experience
- Commitment to inclusive education practices
- Experience with inquiry-based approaches to education
- Understanding of best practices in instructional leadership
- Understanding of school-based resource allocation
- Strong intrapersonal and interpersonal leadership skills

Salary & Benefits for this position will be administered in accordance with the SRSD/SRTA collective
