Fasten your seatbelt, Fix Network is looking for someone to fill our Event Planner position. The the ideal Event Planner is passionate, creative, and detail oriented, and dedicated to providing a superb experience at every event. This role demands an expert in all aspects of event, meeting, and conference planning. Duties include conceptualizing theme ideas, planning budgets, booking venues, liaising with suppliers and clients, managing logistics, communications plans and presenting post-event reports

**Your responsibilities as a Event Planner at Fix Network;**
- Coordinate all aspects of events, from planning to design and production;
- Manage all project delivery elements within time limits;
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure events alignment;
- Conduct market research, gather information and work with procurement to negotiate contracts for events;
- Provide feedback and periodic reports to stakeholders;
- Organize facilities and manage all event’s details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc.;
- Efficiently complete all work on site and travel as required (days, evenings and occasional weekends);
- Reconciliate and submit budgets

**For this position you will need**:

- Bachelor's degree in administration, tourism and hotel management or any other related fields
- Minimum of five years of experience in corporate event management position
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills, including multitasking, time management and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
