**Daltco Electric **is Eastern Ontario’s largest independent electrical automation and lighting distributor. Daltco Electric serves the industrial, residential, and commercial marketplace from its three locations in Kingston, Brockville, and Ottawa.

We are searching for an energetic, focused, and dedicated team player to join us as a **Project Coordinator**.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Proactively communicate with customers and suppliers
- Build relationships with customers at all levels
- Communicate effectively with internal team
- Provide project status updates to senior management on a when and as needed basis
- Provide weekly project updates (as needed) to customers with thorough update of outstanding issues, schedules, and action items and on time.
- Complete order placements with manufacturers for quoted material on project orders
- Release reviewed material for shipment and expedite orders.
- Review the schedule of delivery dates.
- Complete project billing accurately and in a timely manner
- Complete project reconciliation to confirm accuracy of billing
- Quote change orders as needed (with the assistance of sales if required)

**REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 1 to 3 years of experience in a project coordination role.
- Advanced MS Excel with strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines at a time.
- Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency.
- Proven ability to generate and deliver reports that provide useful insight into project details.
