This job is for our marketing agency division - Angel Agency (legal entity is What's Up Montreal? and will be your employer).

Angel Agency is a digital boutique company that specializes in providing personalized services to small and medium-sized businesses across Canada. Our services encompass daily business support, recruitment, and marketing solutions tailored to the unique needs of our clients.

**Position Overview**: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in the Greater Montreal Area. As a Sales Representative at Angel Agency, you will play a vital role in acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. This is a part-time, freelance contractual position, allowing you to work remotely and set your own hours.

**Do you have what it takes**:

- Manage full sales cycle by managing all inbound and outbound leads and closing new clients
- Find creative ways to approach local businesses and entrepreneurs
- Convert leads into sales and find creative ways to generate opportunities and a client pipeline
- Actively listening to customers, understanding their needs and creating a plan for a strong relationship
- Knowledge of digital marketing and business services is a plus

**What you would need**:

- Can communicate in French (in Quebec only) and English, both in speaking and writing
- Positive mindset and high energy level
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in a B2B or service-oriented environment
- Ability to establish customer rapport and build relationships on the go
- Time management, setting priorities, and accomplishing goals
- Confident verbal and written; interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Strong experience in Sales and Customer Service
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google suite)
- Willingness to travel for client meetings

**Perks**:

- Starting Salary: $20/hr + commissions (no cap)
- Part time - 15 hours per week (will increase with promotion)

This job starts contractual and opens the possibility of annual salary employment through promotions.

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
