**Financial Analyst (Real Estate Development & Construction)**

**Western Canadian Properties Group - North Vancouver, BC**

Western Canadian Properties Group (WCPG) offers investors the ability to invest in Canada’s strongest real estate markets. We manage the entire process: from evaluating and identifying potential high-growth markets; to land acquisition; to designing; to building; and to selling quality multi-family homes.
- Prepare and analyze proformas and cash flows to assess the feasibility of future projects
- Conduct market research and report on findings to the executive team
- Meet with the development and constructions teams to align on project proforma inputs
- Prepare bank financing proposals and equity financing packages
- Prepare land acquisition analyses
- Prepare project profitability reports and analyses
- Manage investor relations, investor tracking, and investor updates
- Prepare executive summary brochures for investors
- Prepare cash flows for existing income-producing properties
- Lead and/or participate in ad hoc projects
- Complete other items that are periodically assigned by the executive team

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Must have excellent communication, customer relations, and organizational skills
- Must be detail-orientated with high quality standards
- Expert level Microsoft excel skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Ability to work under limited supervision
- Ability to stay productive even during slow times

Education & Experience
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. A focus in real estate finance is an asset
- 1 - 2 years’ experience in a financial analyst role in the real estate industry is an asset
- CPA, CFA, or any other relevant professional designation is an asset

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
