- Manage and coordinate a team of pickers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Schedule and coordinate pick-ups with freight carriers, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock for order fulfillment.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and operational procedures within the warehouse.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide staff training.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize the overall warehouse operations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a high-volume products warehouse.
- Familiarity with pick and put-away procedures using QR code scanners.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Experience in scheduling and coordinating with freight carriers.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a shipping supervisor or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Understanding of inventory control and logistics principles.
