Key Responsibilities
- Screen telephone calls, take messages, and redirect calls appropriately
- Analyze incoming and outgoing memos and other company-related documents
- Assist in providing quotes and answering client questions
- Manage office documentation and paperwork
- Maintain and organize electronic and paper records, such as invoices and bills
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
- Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations
- Create reports, presentations, and documents using the Microsoft Office Suite
- Other administrative duties as assigned
**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Thornhill, ON L4J 0C1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
