Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and courteously responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records through data entry
- Handle customer complaints or escalations with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and efficient customer service

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Fluent in Spanish (multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze customer needs
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Sales experience or ability to upsell products/services is desirable

**Salary**: $16.55-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 37.5 per week

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Markham, ON L3R 0J3 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Markham, ON L3R 0J3: Relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Markham, ON L3R 9Y5
