**Mountain View Precast is hiring Plant Staff and Field Install Crew Members**

**Mountain View Precast Ltd.** is seeking qualified workers to work at both our Fort Macleod manufacturing facility as well as on our field installation crews.

We are a mid-sized manufacturer, and contractor, specializing in high quality precast concrete wall panels.

We are growing rapidly and will need to add more experienced personnel to meet our expected workload during the upcoming construction season and beyond.

**Plant Staff**

We are growing rapidly and need to add more high-quality personnel to meet our manufacturing workload. We are looking for career minded individuals for long term employment who would like to grow with us. While experienced precast concrete plant workers are preferred, we are always willing to train hard-working and self-motivated individuals.

Successful applicants must have the ability to communicate effectively, be self-motivated and be a positive influence on their co-workers. They must be able to solve problems and exercise good judgement. They should be detail oriented with a positive attitude and an eagerness to learn. Our employees must have safe working habits and be physically fit. They perform their duties according to prescribed safety procedures and use appropriate safety equipment.

Plant crew members report to our foremen or production manager.

Must have own transportation to and from work.

Experience Required

Construction knowledge would be an asset.

Concrete forming, placing, or finishing experience would be very helpful, as would welding or general carpentry skills. Experience operating an overhead crane would also be an asset.
