Point of Mara Resort

Point of Mara Resort, a private campground / trailer park in Brechin on Lake Simcoe, is looking to fill a Grounds Maintenance & Campground Attendant position for this upcoming season (April-October).

**Who we are looking for**:a person with some maintenance or labourer experience who can assist with general maintenance/operations around the campground. You must be able commit to weekdays and some weekends as needed.
- Are you reliable and responsible?
- Are you a team player?
- Do you have some maintenance experience and would consider yourself “handy”?
- Are you presentable and professional to communicate with campground guests?
- Do you want to work with a small business that puts quality & guest experience first?
- Do you have experience operating some tools and power tools?
- Do you take direction clearly & are a quick learner

**Responsibilities**:

- General yard cleanup & light landscaping
- Operate vehicles such as tractors for lawn maintenance and upkeep of grounds (rolling grass, grass cutting, stacking firewood, weed whacking, etc)
- Use power tools for various projects (trailer & deck levelling, general maintenance/fixing, etc.)
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Option to learn & take on office & summer activity planning duties for campground guests if student is interested
