**Title: Inside Sales Representative**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and
- loyalty
- Identify sales opportunities and generate leads through research, networking, and
- cold-calling
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
- Negotiate deals and contracts to maximize sales revenue and profitability
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns and
- promotions
- Provide regular updates on sales activities and progress to management
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and generate
- leads
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in
- the CRM system
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
- and services
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by management

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in the door hardware
- industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other sales software tools
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends
- Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows and client visits
