GENERAL EXPECTATIONS

Position bag assemblies on printing machine and activate printing mechanism.
Check measurements according to specification.
Load and thread rolls of foil onto printing machine.
Adjust roll position as needed to ensure that all data is properly printed on the bag assemblies.
20%
Do Quality inspections per SOP every 2 hrs.
Perform Fill Operator duties as required
Install and remove printing stamps on the printing machine.
10%
Notify supervisor of any printing machine malfunction. Line clearance inspection as assigned.
Set-up printers, change batch board to reflect current batch. Clean machine with alcohol solution and towels at end of shift.
5%
Move printing rolls from filling storage area to printing staging area at start of shift.
Initial first and last bag for correctness.
