What you’ll do:
You’ll be a trusted member of an engaged group of communicators who are as committed to supporting one another’s success as they are to the success of our business. As an integral part of this talented team, you’ll bring a wealth of experience to your client work and collaboration with colleagues, while continuing to develop your skills and grow professionally.

As part of a service team, you’ll develop, implement and evaluate communications plans designed to help support the organization’s strategic plan, objectives and reputation. You’ll collaborate with colleagues on a portfolio of work for internal clients, delivering strategic and technical communications advice to clients and project teams. You’ll successfully manage all aspects of your assigned projects and balance your workload while achieving a high bar of excellence.

What you’ll bring:
You’re a creative and thoughtful communicator with experience in the areas of strategic communications, writing, research and measurement. To thrive in the role, you’ll have experience creating fresh and engaging content that resonates with the target audience and supports a range of channels including intranets, websites and social media. You’re well-versed in the latest communications tools and technologies and are also familiar with the Canadian Press stylebook.

You’ll have a strong understanding of communication planning and measurement, and proven experience developing and implementing targeted communications initiatives. Your strong consulting and relationship building skills will help ensure successful client interactions, and your commitment to customer service and ability to solve problems are key.

Finally, you’ll have a related degree or diploma in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing or similar field, combined with a minimum of three to five years of progressively responsible experience in a communications position. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

**Salary**: Pay Grade 10 $69,419 to $81,653 per annum
