**Job Description**:
FLINT is seeking dedicated and adaptable General Forepersons local to Saskatoon, SK, who thrive in dynamic work environments and enjoy variety in their daily tasks. If you are a seasoned mechanical professional with a Journeyperson ticket, a hands-on approach and a passion for managing teams on various projects, this role is perfect for you
**This position is based in Saskatoon, with a flexible shift schedule that adapts to meet client needs.**

**What would you be doing?**
- Manage projects and client expectations.
- Report on employee performance, working conditions, and productivity.
- Ensure an efficient working environment with low production costs.
- Monitor employee compliance with safety regulations.
- Assign tasks to meet client standards.
- Conduct regular work inspections for quality control.
- Ability to work on tools while guiding others.

- Mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to read and understand complex instructions.
- Displays a safe and productive work ethic.
- Handles administrative duties, including completing required documents.
- Reads and interprets drawings.
- Minimum 7 years' experience on an industrial or construction site.
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in a supervisory/leadership role.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
- Physically capable of performing all necessary duties of the job, including but not limited to heavy pulling, pushing and lifting (up to 50 lbs), climbing, shovelling, bending, twisting, etc.
