Corporate Receptionist

Providing a Front of House service within reception, you will be playing an instrumental role in delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.
**Role Responsibility**:
- Act as first point of contact for all queries in an efficient and concise manner.
- Meet and greet all visitors and advise host of visitors arrival.
- Act as point of contact for incoming calls.
- Operate switchboard in a timely and professional manner.
- Effectively build and maintain professional relations with both internal and external contacts.
- Up keep of meeting rooms and report any issues to the Facilities team.
- Replenish Front of House refreshments when required.
- General administrative support.
- Providing Health and Safety information for new starters (i.e. New Starters Building Induction).
- Keep reception tidy and presentable.
- Meet and greet visitors, contact their hosts.
- Update daily visitor list.
- Assit with visitir pass requests when required following security process.
- First class customer service.
- Good keyboard skills and Excellent communication skills are required.
- Answer phone and book visitor parking spaces.
- End of day print out the Day Needs List for meetings.
- Provide input to the team regarding improvements to services.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 28 per week
Pay: $19.50-$22.60 per hour
