Our People & Culture team is growing and we are searching for a motivated and engaging Talent Acquisition Partner. The newly formed role is contract in nature, with a possibility of permanent. It is largely focused on building, documenting and training leaders on everything from pre-boarding to post-90 days in the employee experience. Because we are a scale up organization, we are looking for someone who doesn’t mind stepping into the Generalist space when recruitment volumes allow.

In this role you will:
Partner with the head of the People & Culture team to take the Talent Acquisition strategy (which spans from planning headcount through onboarding), and implement tools and processes that fit the culture and business needs

Own a low-volume number of net new hires

Source, attract and interview with an eye to building repeatable tools and improving our employer branding in partnership with Marketing

Own the ATS, and ensure that it is being used to its full potential

Create tools and training documents for hiring leaders, in partnership with the Business Partners

Own and improve the existing onboarding process with an eye towards automation

Support People & Culture generalist activities when recruitment volumes allow

Train hiring leaders both asynchronous and in person

You bring to the table:
A high level of positivity, and energy

A customer-service mindset

A proven background in Recruitment (ideally 3-5 years)

Experience as an HR Administrator, or Generalist

A passion for technology in the field of Talent Acquisition

A strong attention to detail

The ability to convey a compelling story via your excellent written and verbal communication skills

The ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

A collaborative approach and a desire to succeed both individually and as a team

A passion for creating repeatable processes, and documentation for a scaling business
