The Municipal Group of Companies, based in Bedford Nova Scotia, is a large, diversified organization engaged in all major aspects of the heavy civil construction, environmental and transportation services within the Atlantic Provinces. We are currently seeking a determined, skilled individual with the expertise of a **Billing Clerk **to join our team from our office in **Bedford, NS**.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Scan and file documentation for the invoicing and proof of delivery
- Oversee billings to ensure customers are accurately and timely
- Reconcile Heavy Haul payroll
- Process Employee Expenses
- Assist Dispatch with day to day inquires
- Provide management with support with any additional tasks
- Other duties as required

**Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, and Experience**:

- Finance or Administrative experience in an office setting would be an asset
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and follow up skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment or independently as required
- Excellent organizational management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent MS Office skills, with a strong working knowledge of Excel
- Experience in transportation industry considered an asset
