**Job Summary**

Develops and supports processes and practices necessary to improve the quality of products/services and level of risk control. Typically supervises hourly and entry-to-mid level employees with day-to-day direction and tasks, in alignment with departmental procedures.

**What is the opportunity?**

As an Intake Lead for Quality Assurance you will monitor and verify that quality activities are in line with control procedures. You will compile, analyze and distribute performance reports and process control statistics. You will also maintain and disseminate defect documentation and logs.

**What will you do?**
- Collaborate, engage, prioritize engagements/intakes that make sense to the Quality Assurance Framework
- Work closely with peers and business partners, providing expertise relating to quality assurance, promoting and advocating for a continuous quality improvement culture in pursuit of operational excellence
- Dedicated support to all lines of business within RBC Insurance through end-to-end quality assurance of the RBC Insurance value chain core capabilities
- Accountable for meeting business unit partners to respond to and/or recommend QA engagements that fit into the Quality Assurance Framework
- Responsible for quarterly and monthly reporting, QA dashboard, optimal use of team resources through forecasting and planning
- Responsible for all internal and external audits
- Responsible for all quarterly updates in Archer
