**AO Frequency & Medispa** provides a high level of customer service in a fast-paced, professional, and progressive health and wellness industry. Wellness coordinators are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients by greeting, checking in/out clients, and confirming scheduled services. Wellness coordinators are also expected to be well-versed in all spa treatments and services offered hereat **AO Frequency Healing & Medispa**

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and acknowledge each and every client with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly verbal greeting.
- Answer, record, and process all client calls, requests, questions, or concerns; follow up to ensure each has been met to clients’ satisfaction.
- Schedule services for individuals and large groups using the Jane system.
- Update the reservation/cancellations list throughout the day, inform providers of last-minute changes, and resolve scheduling issues as needed.
- Multi-task between answering phones, booking appointments, and selling services, gift cards, and upgrades.
- Process client check-ins by confirming reservations and assigning clients to RMT or Estheticians.
- Process check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges.
- Process payment types, gift cards, and credits, and provide change.
- Address client concerns, requests, or issues either individually or by enlisting the help of others.
- Speak with clients using clear and professional language and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
- Compliance with all safety regulations of assigned tasks, and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Completion of laundry duties throughout the day. This includes but is not limited to: loading and unloading the washer/dryer and folding/sorting clean laundry.
- End of day cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, wiping down tanning beds, etc.

Immediate position available, **Must be available to work Evenings, Weekends and Holidays**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
