**Votre équipe et rôle**

Le poste d’opérateur-assembleur fait partie d’une équipe dont la responsabilité est de procéder à l’assemblage complet de circuits imprimés et de leurs composants pour un secteur donné. Ce poste est une combinaison de travail manuel nécessitant de la dextérité fine et d’opération de machines. L’opérateur assembleur travaille en collaboration avec les techniciens de procédés, les techniciens de qualité et les journaliers magasins.

**Responsabilités**
- Respecter les normes, politiques, procédures afin de maintenir un environnement sain sécuritaire et agréable pour tous.
- Effectuer la maintenance de base sur les équipements, s’il y a lieu.
- Faire le « setup » des machines automatisées.
- Opérer les différentes machines automatisées.
- Procéder à l’assemblage des circuits imprimés selon les exigences techniques, provenant des procédures et schémas, et en respectant les temps standards.
- Compléter les inspections visuelles et prendre toutes actions requises afin d’assurer la qualité des produits.
- Assurer, en équipe, le rendement optimal des équipements de production.
- Identifier avec son équipe les enjeux et travailler avec eux à la résolution des problèmes et à la livraison de solutions.
- Nettoyer la zone de travail dans un environnement 5S.
- Effectuer tout autre travail connexe requis.

**Exigences**
- Possède un diplôme de sec. 5 ou l’équivalent
- Expérience en production
- Dextérité manuelle fine
- Avoir le souci du détail
- Bonne acuité visuelle
- Sens de l’organisation
- Capacité à retenir de l’information
- Sens de l’observation
- Orientation vers les résultats
- Capacité à travailler efficacement, à communiquer de manière claire et à démontrer une écoute attentive envers ses pairs.
- Connaissance informatique de base
- Bonne connaissance du français
- Connaissance de base de l’anglais (Atout)
- Expérience en soudures de composantes de circuits imprimés (Atout)
