Body Shop Advisor

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet customers, assess their needs, and provide repair estimates.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair status, pricing, and expected completion time.
- Coordinate with technicians, MPI, and parts suppliers to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
- Document all repair orders, approvals, and updates accurately in the system.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure repairs meet company and industry standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Previous experience in a body shop, automotive service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of automotive repair and MPI processes.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computer systems and estimating software is preferred
