Reconciliation Analyst

We are seeking a Reconciliation Analyst to join our lean and innovative consultancy.

We are a small consultancy providing Finance and Accounting support and Reconciliation Services to a number of B2B and B2C brands in the digital space. These services mainly support customer payments at high volume.

**The duties for this role include but are not limited to the following**:

- Perform daily and monthly accounting tasks and reconciliation of various bank account transactions
- Perform verification of input documentation from multiple sources
- Process, verify and reconcile high volume transactions of complex nature
- Maintain appropriate files, working papers, reports and documentation of data
- Identify and investigate unreconciled transactions and provide solutions
- Communicate observations on internal and external errors and provide practical solutions
- Adapt to constant changes and improve on current existing procedures to keep track of reconciliation
- Participate in ad hoc projects and support managers as needed

**Requirements**:

- Strong Excel skills
- Experience in a similar post is a great asset
- University degree in accounting/finance or in a process of acquiring
- Capacity to apprehend the various sources of information used in accounting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A high degree of accuracy with great attention to detail
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, to manage priority and to meet deadlines
- Dedicated and enthusiastic
- Be able to work independently and be self-motivated

Strong command of English

**Salary**: $50,000.00 per year
