Head Server/supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that all guests are served in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of customer service.
- Train and supervise servers and other staff members.
- Ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
- Monitor food and beverage supplies and order more when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

Day range:

- Every Weekend
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Food industry setting:

- Bar
- Restaurant
- Upscale casual restaurant

Shift:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Spruce Grove, AB T7X 2H4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- serving: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Smart Serve (required)

Shift availability:
