**【Responsibilities】**
- Reinforcing student course knowledge: Providing guidance on summarizing, reviewing, and completing assignments related to exams, tests, quizzes, etc.;
- Attending to student feedback: Continuously optimizing teaching methods, conducting post-class Q&A sessions, and improving teaching satisfaction;
- Primary job duty is teaching; engaging in actions violating academic integrity regulations is not permitted;
- Collaborating with campus publicity efforts as required.

**【Requirements】**
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field;
- Teaching experience as a TA/Tutor or in online education is preferred;
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English reading and writing.

- 在线授课：讲授和辅导留学生的专业学科；
- 巩固学生课程知识：针对exam/test/quiz的总结、复习和assignment等内容进行相应指导；
- 关注学生课后反馈：持续优化教学动作，进行课后答疑，提升教学满意度；
- 工作内容主要为授课，不允许违反学术诚信规定行为；
- 根据需要配合校区宣传工作。

**【任职要求】**
- 具有相关专业的学士学位或更高学历；
- 对于金融经济和管理与人力资源等科目，除了教学经验外，还将考虑相关的行业经验；
- 具有助教（TA）/导师（Tutor）或在线教育领域的教学经验者优先考虑；
- 擅长沟通，具有优秀的英语读写能力。
