- Interpret technical specifications, merger plans, and drawings.
- Perform installation and box openings (aerial and underground) according to client standards.
- Prepare cables.
- Splice and maintain cables and optical fibers.
- Conduct fusion of optical fibers (indoors or outdoors).
- Perform tests and analyze results using OTDR and power meters.
- Climb poles and ladders to work at heights and/or in confined spaces.

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in FTTH.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license.
- ASP construction card.
- Excellent manual dexterity.
- Comfortable with working at heights (bucket truck or ladder) and outdoors.
- Proficient in reading plans.
- Strong sense of responsibility and autonomy.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Interest in travel and outdoor work.
