**Résumé du poste**:
Le rôle d'un administrateur immobilier est de soutenir le département dans la gestion de plusieurs fonctions clés telles que la comptabilité des baux, la mise à jour des fichiers budgétaires, le suivi et la mise à jour des baux, la collaboration avec d'autres départements, la mise à jour et la maintenance des dossiers d'assurance.

**Principales responsabilités**:

- Tenir à jour les factures de sous-location ;
- Tenir à jour le dossier de loyer ;
- Tenir les traceurs à jour ;
- Travailler avec les finances pour les rapports ;
- Suivre et maintenir tous les contrats immobiliers ;
- Suivre les expirations ;
- Mettre à jour le dossier d'assurance habitation ;
- Suivi des COI expirés pour assurer une couverture adéquate ;
- Mettre à jour les fichiers budgétaires ;
- Entrer et maintenir des contacts dans toutes les bases de données ;
- Recueillir les COI pour les vendeurs et les propriétaires ;
- Tenir à jour et organiser les fichiers de l'établissement ;
- Aider à organiser des événements ;
- Mettre à jour et maintenir le système de classement ;
- Faire des écritures comptables dans le système ;
- Effectuer certaines analyses et rapports ;
- Créer et surveiller les rapports des résultats mensuels, y compris la saisie des données et le suivi ;
- Mettre à jour les rapports mensuels et les budgets ;
- Examiner et suivre le codage des comptes fournisseurs ;
- Projets ad hoc assignés ;
- Dossiers de sous-locataires et toutes les tâches administratives liées au fait d'être un « propriétaire ».

**Qualifications**:

- 3 ans d'expérience dans l'immobilier ou dans une industrie similaire ;
- Être bilingue, en français et en anglais ;
- Maîtrise de MS Office ;
- Solides compétences écrites et verbales ;
- Capable de travailler dans un environnement de travail au rythme rapide ;
- Certifications liées à l'immobilier ou à l'industrie de la construction (le cas échéant).
