What will you do?
- Learn and grow as an important part of a team that cares about Reliance and its customers.
- Ongoing research of the home services market to identify new product and category opportunities.
- Generate and pilot innovative ideas to promote Reliance brand and our products.
- Overall management of the Product Innovation process from idea generation through to launch
- Support in the coordination of annual marketing planning and executive results reporting.
- Lead research initiatives including but not limited to, brand awareness studies, concept testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer success, to ensure marketing efforts align with overall company goals.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

What do you bring?

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years progressive experience in a related Marketing field preferably in the consumer industry
- Strategic thinking: The capacity to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop long-term plans to drive business growth.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Project management: The ability to plan, organize, and manage resources to successfully execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Data analysis: The capacity to analyze and interpret marketing data to make informed decisions and optimize marketing strategies.
- Creativity: The ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing ideas and campaigns
