**Responsibilities**:

- Comply with all safety and environmental requirements outlined in the HSE Agreement and follow site requirements.
- Participate in initial site-specific safety and environmental training that is provided to meet legal requirements and learn about site operations.
- Independently perform maintenance and repair tasks on wind turbines, following work instructions and project requirements.
- Lead tower, nacelle, and hub preparation/repair activities, such as painting touch-ups, cleaning, electrical and mechanical repairs, hardware installations, packaging/unpacking of components, rust removal, and addressing exterior strap marks and transportation damage.
- Execute modifications and installations according to furnished retrofit instructions.
- Manage tooling inventory, including maintaining inventory records and coordinating transportation of spare parts to different crews on the project site.
- Complete assigned tasks as directed by the Site Manager, demonstrating leadership skills and contributing to the team's success.
- Follow all safety protocols, lead daily safety meetings, and monitor wind and weather conditions to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate records, including daily tech tracker, and prepare necessary reports and documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in English, with exceptional communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Thorough understanding of safety protocols and the ability to lead others in following instructions to ensure personal and team safety.
- Excellent physical fitness and the ability to perform tasks that involve climbing wind turbines, working at heights, and manual labor.
- Exceptional ability to work in a team environment, collaborate effectively, and provide guidance to less experienced technicians.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude towards continuous learning and skill enhancement.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the project site.
- Flexibility to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.

**Schedule and Compensation**:

- Expected to work from Monday to Saturday, with possible Sunday work as notified.
- Competitive compensation and ongoing training opportunities will be provided for the duration of the project.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Work Location: In person
