**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with data analysis and SQL queries.
- Experience with coding in a developing and client-facing role.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Master's degree, MBA, or other advanced degree.
- Experience with internet video technologies (e.g. Digital Rights Management [DRM] solutions, video or audio codecs, live streaming, SFTP delivery, etc.).
- Ability to work in a customer-facing or partner-facing role, including in the context of discussions.
- Ability to absorb complex technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience.
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail with the ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment.

**About the job**:
As a Partner Technology Manager, you will be leading deployments, optimizing implementations, driving new business opportunities, and seeking innovative solutions aiming to build successful, long-term partnerships. You will have the opportunity to lead projects and cross-functional efforts (e.g., product, developing, business development, operations, marketing, etc.). You'll manage technical engagements with media companies and be responsible for the ongoing success and satisfaction of portfolio of partners. You will also be instrumental in improving existing operations, commercializing new solutions, bridging product gaps, automating partner operations, and taking new initiatives from conception to deployment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform implementation reviews, advocate for new product features and new internal tools, and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges.
- Improve product feature offerings by providing partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams, including Product Management and developing.
- Identify, drive, and optimize the flow of existing and new business opportunities by leveraging YouTube technologies through prototyping and innovation.
- Manage technical relationships across various content verticals. Work closely with Business Development teams as the technical expert helping to negotiate new agreements and empower partners to find success on YouTube.
