**What you’ll do here**:

- Guide and coach multiple Scrum teams on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products to our customers.
- Guide the team to a highly performance level - recognize areas of strength and improvement and employ appropriate coaching and development techniques
- Shape the process so that it that it best serves the team - tailor the approach for each deliverable/release to meet project needs
- Coach the team in self-organizing, build cross-functional skillset by domain knowledge and to communicate effectively internally and externally to the team.
- Help resolve team impediments with other Scrum Masters - connect with the right people in the right places.
- Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised, solutions brought to the table, with an emphasis on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Work with and support the Product Owner and Business Analysts to maintain the product backlog, refine the user stories and prepare for future releases.
- Lead by example, be an agent of change, collaborate with other Scrum Masters in the Tribe
- Facilitate and support all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
- Qualifications**What you bring to the table**:

- 7 years of IT experience with 3-5 years on large and complex projects as a dedicated Scrum Master or the equivalent
- Experience in Agile product development, knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
- Ability to identify opportunities in ambiguous situations
- Passionate about building a great team culture and turning conflict situations into reflection and learning opportunities
- Experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization and understanding facilitation techniques
- Very good knowledge of Jira and Confluence (Jira Roadmap and plugins an asset)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Team player, good listener, collaborative, curious, and quick learner
- Ability to work on multiple deliverables, coordinate deployment activities and defects
- Recognized Scrum Master/Agile certification or the equivalent (PSM, CSM, PMI-ACP, SaFE, other)
- Must be bilingual (English and French)
