Description
As the **Coordinator II**, you will be responsible for inputting data that may include customer info, customer job, work orders, audit info, scheduling, and other client-related information. You will also be responsible for responding to routine customer questions and ensuring customers are responding within designated timelines such as scheduling audits.
Principal Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Heavy logístical and scheduling work without error and accuracy
- Manages advanced customer data and interactions across service areas
- Assists leaders in gathering data related to supplier forms, market data, and special projects, as needed
- Select auditors and schedule audit based on auditor qualifications and client requirements
- Ensure efficient and effective utilization of auditors and trips
- Act as primary customer contact for questions regarding, but not limited to, audit dates, standards, processes, and evaluations
- Act as primary contact for auditors regarding audit schedules and customer-specific requirements
- Handle all internal/external customer concerns regarding the business unit’s audits and services
- Communicate any customer special needs, requests, requirements, or deadlines to auditors to assure customer needs are understood and will be met by each auditor
- Coordinate, shadow and witness field training audit activities for auditors as well as annual calibration audits
- Perform other duties as requested
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or customer service experience
- Prior experience handling scheduling and logistics work
- Ability to link activities logístically and to prioritize workload
- Effective oral communication
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc
- Ability to work independently, follow through on all assignments and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in project management
- Work experience within the food or food safety industries
Salary Range: Min $32,000 - $52,000 USD
The total pay range takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At NSF, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
