Our commitment to sustainability drives us to carefully curate unique finds and reduce waste. We are looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to join us as a Community Manager/Reseller.

**Job Overview**:
In this role, you will be the driving force behind managing our mobile thrift store in Calgary. Your main responsibility will be to drive our van to various locations, set up the shop, and assist customers walking by as they engage with our mobile shop.

Other responsibilities include contributing to our social media channels, curating engaging content, and actively participating in the decision-making process for items to be sold in the mobile shop

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive the Rebound Van to various locations across Calgary at peak times
- Curate a selection of items for pop-up shops, ensuring their appeal to our audience.
- Foster strong customer relationships through active engagement and genuine interactions.
- Strategically identify optimal pop-up shop locations throughout Calgary to enhance visibility.
- Efficiently manage the loading and unloading of the Rebound Van at various sale locations.
- Evaluate incoming items, making informed decisions for online resale, with occasional warehouse tasks (up to 50 lbs).
- Create compelling social media content that will drive traffic to the mobile shop

Qualifications:

- Clean abstract and a valid class 5 driver's license
- Proven social media expertise, particularly in creating compelling content.
- Energetic and outgoing personality to facilitate positive customer interactions.
- Demonstrated success in online reselling and familiarity with platforms like Square and Shopify.
- Retail experience is preferred
- Strong aptitude for building meaningful relationships, both in virtual and physical spaces.
- Genuine passion for thrifting and the art of treasure hunting.
- Physical capability to handle items up to 50 lbs.

Schedule:
15 - 25 hours per week spread over 4 - 5 days, Wednesday - Sunday. Weekend availability is required.

Compensation:
Starting at $16 - $18 per hour with growth opportunities.
