We have a great opportunity for a reliable and customer service-focused individual to join our Building Maintenance team in creating safe and welcoming environments for our clients and their customers in the Ottawa Area.
- Experience in fixture installation and repair; painting - interior & exterior; drywall installation & repair; vinyl composite and ceramic tile installation & repair, Marmoleum installation & repair
- Safe work practices are non-negotiable
- Reliability and consistency are required for success
- Pay based on experience and skill
- Willing to train the right individual
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
- Ability to work across Ottawa and surrounding areas, company vehicle provided
- Personal tools and personal safety equipment required

**Salary**: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week

**Experience**:
- vinyl composite tile: 2 years (preferred)
- ceramic tile: 1 year (preferred)
- Marmoleum flooring: 1 year (preferred)
- interior painting: 1 year (preferred)
- drywall installation & repair: 2 years (preferred)
- fixture installation & repair: 2 years (preferred)
- ceiling tile repair & replacement: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Working at Heights Certificate (preferred)
- Driver's License (G) with a clean Driver's Abstract (required)
Willingness to travel:
- 100% (required)
