**Your Role**: Provide hands-on leadership in the warehouse by training, monitoring, and evaluating assigned personnel. Record keeping of all training records. Frequent participation in loading, unloading, picking and receiving.
- Safely and efficiently utilize warehouse material handling equipment
- Train assigned personnel to accurately and consistently use warehouse management systems
- Train assigned personnel in safe and efficient use of material handling equipment and supplies
- Serve as a coach and mentor; Smile a lot; Be a good co-worker; Inspire others
- Lead continuous improvement efforts by using lean tools to eliminate in all areas of the position
- Other duties as assigned

**Role Specifics**:

- Schedule: Wednesday
- Saturday 6pm-4:30am

**We Need You To Have**:

- Strong organization skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience on counter balance and reach trucks

**We’d Like You To Have**:

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Prior experience in an environment that promotes safety
- Leadership experience
