**Full Job Description**

This position will perform a variation of the following duties in the office, depending on operational needs and project requirements:
**Responsibilities**
- Spanish/English speaking is a must
- Identify current and prospective staffing requirements
- Prepare and post advertisements
- Advise job applicants on employment requirements and on terms and conditions of employment
- Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews
- Prepare job offers
- Arrange and book tickets for TFWs
- Communicate with WorkSafe BC if employee gets hurt
- Communicate internally for new staff on-boarding
- Organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures
- Provide information or service on performance review, training and employee assistance
- Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
- Assist in data entry

**Requirements**:

- A university degree in a field related to human resource management, personnel management related discipline
- 3+ years recruitment related work experience; work experience in horticulture industries is preferred.
- 2+ years work experience in recruitment agency or consultancy is a plus
- Safety compliance assistance experience is a plus
- Strong in MS SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiar in BC Employment Standard Act, BC Human Rights Code and related recruitment laws
- English language level with CLB 7 & above or equivalent.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada; BC resident is preferred
- Strong ethics and reliability, proven interpersonal skills and attention to details
- Driver license is a must

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Langley, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
