Tow Truck Operator

Coquitlam, Canada Coquitlam Towing & Storage Co. Ltd. Full time

Responsibilities:

- Respond to service calls and provide roadside assistance to stranded motorists
- Operate a tow truck and safely transport vehicles to designated locations
- Perform minor mechanical repairs on vehicles, such as changing tires or jump-starting batteries
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their needs and ensuring their satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and complete necessary paperwork

**Requirements**:

- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to perform basic automotive repairs
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Previous experience in commercial driving or towing is preferred, but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
