With over 90 employees, **F/LIST CANADA** is the company's first international location, established over 15 years ago, and is the center of excellence for high-quality wood veneers in the F/LIST Group. The location provides aftermarket services for business & private jets, produces interiors for Air New Market in North America and designs custom residential interiors.

As part of our team you will...
- **study specifications & drawings** of articles requiring finishing.
- **sand veneer, hardwood and other materials** for preparation of topcoat process preparation.
- **create stain recipe on samples** in order to obtain customer approval.
- **sand varnish according to company standards**, maintaining flatness & removing defects.
- **operate relevant tools and machines** for sanding & polishing tasks.
- **pay attention to detail** and ensure quality of craftsmanship.

You're a good fit if you....
- completed a **vocational training** in finishing.
- are competent in polishing high-end products.
- possess excellent manual skills.
- able to read and interpret drawings.
- are capable of working both **independently** and in a **team setting**.
- possess a **min of 2 years** of similar or equivalent professional **work experience**.
- have **aviation experience (an asset)**.
- are **bilingual written/spoken (French/English)**.
