With over 90 employees, **F/LIST CANADA** is the company's first international location, established over 15 years ago, and is the center of excellence for high-quality wood veneers in the F/LIST Group. The location provides aftermarket services for business & private jets, produces interiors for Air New Market in North America and designs custom residential interiors.

As part of our team you will...
- conduct **visual inspections** using measurement tools based on engineering standards, procedures, and quality assurance guidelines.
- establish **production priorities** and implement **inspection strategies **to meet delivery deadlines.
- propose new **alternatives**, inspection **methods**, or **revisions **of current methods to **optimize operations**.
- track **performance indicators** to achieve corporate goals.
- support the sales team in **meeting deliverables** and expected delivery dates.
- assign **reference numbers** and **expiration dates** for storage time to appropriate materials.
- conduct **internal **and **external audits** as needed.
- be responsible for **parts certification**.
- potentially be involved in the **development**, **participation**, and **management **of new programs in quality control.
- generate non-compliance **inspection reports**.
- **facilitate communication **between operators on the floor, engineering, and methods.
- cultivate a climate of **interdepartmental exchange** and **communication**.
- promote and maintain a **high-level work environment**.
- serve as a **role model** for **compliance **with safety rules at all times and emphasize the importance of adhering to these rules to co-workers.
- be responsible for **implementing 5S** in your sector.

You're a good fit if you....
- hold a **college diploma** in **Quality Assurance** and/or Industrial Engineering or possess any other combination of training relevant to the job.
- have a minimum of **5 years** of **experience **as a quality control inspector and familiarity with **AS9100/ISO9001** requirements.
