Logistics Manager at Good 2 Grow

Are you an experienced logistics professional looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills? Good 2 Grow is a dynamic and rapidly growing company seeking a dedicated Logistics Manager to join our team and take charge of the back-end logistics of our sales process.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire post-sales logistics process. This includes:
1. **Order Management**:

- Place orders with our manufacturers upon receiving client invoices and initial down payments.
- Coordinate with manufacturers to ensure timely completion of orders.

2. **Shipping Coordination**:

- Obtain shipping quotes from freight forwarding companies for both overseas and local shipments.
- Manage the pickup and delivery process, including tracking and updating customers on shipment status.

3. **International Logistics**:

- Handle shipments from overseas manufacturers, including container ships (LCL, FCL loads) and air shipments depending on the case.
- Navigate customs and imports procedures when necessary.

4. **Domestic Logistics**:

- Organize local shipments within Canada and the US through rail and truck (LTL, FTL).
- Coordinate shipments from the port of destination to customer facilities.

5. **Communication and Documentation**:

- Keep customers informed on shipment timelines and updates.

6. **Organization and Time Management**:

- Set alerts and reminders to stay organized and on top of tight deadlines.
- Pay attention to detail and manage stressful situations with a calm and strategic approach.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, with proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Ability to multitask, manage tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
