**Intermodal Logistics Coordinator - Montreal Office**

Fuze Logistics Services is a next generation 3PL headquartered in Montreal, with offices across North America, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and decades of industry expertise to facilitate the transport of freight globally.

Fuze Logistics Services is seeking an Intermodal Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Montreal.

**Job Summary**:

- Data entry of shipment in the software.
- Track & Trace shipment to ensure the well conduct of the operation.
- Work in tandem with the internal team members to ensure client satisfaction.
- Respond to customer enquiries, providing quick turnaround.
- Mediate with carriers to resolve any logístical issues.
- Prepare and provide daily tracing reports as required.
- Timely status information updates; documenting service performance and equipment tracking.
- Proactively communicate issues to the team.
- Confidently problem solve issues such as a missed pick-up, late delivery, damaged freight or incorrect billing.
- Verify both AP/AR rates are accurate in loads and manage exceptions with this process.
- Execute any other logistics related tasks as assigned by the direct Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position, ideally in a 3PL environment in OTR or intermodal operations.
- Understanding of the intermodal market (an asset).
- Worked and communicated with CN/CP Portals (an asset).
- Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft office PC Miller and TMW.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under deadlines.
- Advanced data entry skills.
- Ability to follow standard operation procedures with little to no oversight.
- Good written and verbal communication in both English and French.

**Résumé du poste**:

- Saisie des données des expéditions dans le logiciel.
- Suivi et traçabilité des expéditions pour assurer le bon déroulement de l'opération.
- Travailler en tandem avec les membres de l'équipe interne pour assurer la satisfaction des clients.
- Répondre aux demandes des clients, en fournissant une réponse rapide.
- Servir de médiateur avec les transporteurs pour résoudre les problèmes logistiques.
- Préparer et fournir des rapports de traçage quotidiens, selon les besoins.
- Mettre à jour en temps utile les informations sur l'état de la situation ; documenter la performance du service et le suivi de l'équipement.
- Communiquer de manière proactive les problèmes à l'équipe.
- Résoudre avec assurance les problèmes tels que l'enlèvement manqué, la livraison tardive, le fret endommagé ou la facturation incorrecte.
- Vérifier l'exactitude des taux AP/AR dans les chargements et gérer les exceptions dans le cadre de ce processus.
- Exécuter toute autre tâche liée à la logistique et assignée par le responsable direct.
