**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Join our team and experience a rewarding and challenging work environment with skilled and supportive teammates. We are currently seeking an Automotive Estimator/Appraiser to join our busy shop. The Estimator/Appraiser is responsible for the accurate, timely preparation of full-cost estimates on vehicles, including parts, materials and labor. Wage will be based on education and experience (60k-80k year), one year’s estimating experience is REQUIRED.

**RESONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**
- Customer service includes, but is not limited to, answering all customer inquiries and explaining the complete repair process.
- Estimating the costs and times for the repair of each vehicle.
- Coordinating work processes with the technicians and other departments of our organization
- Following automobile industry safety rules and standards
- Keeping up with market trends, prices and competitors’ strategies
- Meet monthly targets and goals.
- Attend all meetings and training seminars.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Clear knowledge of the automotive and collision industry.
- One year estimating experience is REQUIRED
- Proficient in Mitchell Estimating, Mitchell Repair Centre and Audatex Software System
- Familiar with insurance company policies & procedures
