Assembly Assistant

Munster Canada is a leading manufacturing business specializing in aftermarket snowmobile parts. Our success is driven by passion & our dedicated team, and we are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Assistant to join our growing workforce.
As an Assembly Assistant at Munster Canada, you will play a crucial role in our production process by assisting in the assembly of our parts with precision and efficiency. You will work closely with our experienced team members and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality products to our customers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assemble products according to detailed instructions and diagrams.
- Inspect parts for defects and ensure product quality.
- Operate machinery and tools required for assembly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist in inventory management and order supplies as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and diagrams.
- Basic math skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- Ability to stand/sit and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
We're looking for someone available Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.
Pay: $18.50-$22.50 per hour
