**THE JOB**: Business Advisor, Physician Business Services (12 Month Contract)**

The starting salary range falls within the minimum to mid-point of the salary range.

Starting Salary Range: $70, 855 -$ 88, 570

Reporting to the Program Manager, Physician Business Services, the Business Advisor, Physician Business Services (Advisor) will be responsible for sharing ideas on, and leading, a broad range of initiatives promoting policies, processes, and programs supporting physicians in their business practices. The Advisor will need to interface effectively with professionals at all levels and collaborate with physicians and clinic staff to positively impact, organizational effectiveness, organizational change and operational efficiency.

***WHAT YOU BRING**
- A Bachelor's degree in Health Services, Health Information Management, Business Administration, or related field and 3-5 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A solid understanding of the BC health system and the operational context of primary care. Experience working directly in a family practice or in a supporting role an asset.
- Successfully applied coaching approaches to encourage individuals and teams to improve; using questions and providing constructive feedback
