Security Agent

We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate **SECURITY AGENTS** to join our team in providing long-term home care services in **DUNNVILLE** closer to Hamilton, Welland and Niagara Falls.

You must have **your own vehicle or reliable transportation **as some site location does not have any public transportation. Our mission is to ensure the safety and well-being of individuals in need of specialized care, allowing long-term facilities to focus on delivering focused nursing care effectively and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Safety and Security**: Ensure the safety and security of clients in a home care setting.
- **Engagement and Redirection Techniques**: Undergo specialized training in engagement and redirection techniques to provide one-to-one care and supervision to clients.
- **Transportation**: Need to have your own personal vehicle.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, incidents, and observations.
- **Compliance**: Hold a valid security license, CPR/First-Aid certification, and a triple vaccination with an Ontario passport certificate.

**Qualifications: Must have the following documents or willing to complete**

- **2 Step Tb Test Result (required)**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient demeanour.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.

**Pay Rate**:
The pay rate for this position ranges from $16.55 to $17 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
