**Media and Digital Marketing Specialist (Contract) at The Kim & Sam Team**

Are you fresh out of school with a passion for media and digital marketing? Do you have a knack for capturing stunning visuals and a flair for social media management? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- **Photography & Videography**: Capture high-quality photos and videos (including drone footage) of our real estate listings and other business locations.
- **Social Media Management**: Develop, manage, and grow the social media presence for all divisions of The Kim & Sam Team, including our real estate business, self-storage facility, yoga studio, and metaphysical shop.
- **Video Editing**: Utilize your video editing skills to create compelling content that engages our audience and showcases our businesses.
- **General Administrative Duties**: Assist with day-to-day office tasks, ensuring smooth operations across all divisions.

**You’re Probably a Match If You Have**:

- A recent degree or certification in media, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with photography, videography, and drone footage.
- Strong video editing skills with proficiency in software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar.
- A solid understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and how to engage audiences effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A creative mindset and the ability to work independently.
