This opportunity is to join the WSP team responsible for the execution and construction of the **Port Hope Area Initiative (PHAI) **. The PHAI represents the federal government’s response to the community-requested solution for the cleanup and local, long-term, safe management of historic low-level radioactive waste in the municipalities of Port Hope & Clarington.

**What you can expect to do here**:
- You will collaborate with the project team, including the WSP team, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- You will work daily with Primavera P6 to prepare engineering and procurement schedules for major projects.
- You will plan sequence of operations, develop the baselines to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet completion deadlines, perform labour forecasting and levelling, identify the critical path, revise schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
- You will coordinate and update schedules with actual progress and forecast remaining durations, project milestones, and completion dates. You will develop and implement earned value systems that accurately measure project progress and performance.
**What you’ll bring to WSP**:
- University Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management or Business Administration, Finance or a combination of education and industry experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Planning / Scheduling role supporting major projects using Primavera P6
- Adaptability and flexibility including ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change;
- Ability to multi-task, work on several projects or tasks at once, manage time, organize, and set priorities;
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite and Outlook. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and/or MS Project skills is an asset;
- Must be eligible for CNL Reliability Stauts security clearance ( _individual must have 3 full years of verifiable history in Canada, USA, UK, New Zealand and/or Australia _).
