Position Objectives:
This person will need to use the appropriate professional equipment, their creativity and technical expertise to create high quality photographs and videos. They will also need to understand how to create social media content and deliver on the monthly metrics outlined by the RejuvaDERM team. Ideally, this person will need to be available in the Edmonton Glenora location, Monday to Friday from 9-4pm (35-40hrs/week). Some duties may include:
**Responsibilities**:

- Taking and editing videos and photos of staff, patients, or models to be used on social platforms.
- Creating branded templates for posts & videos to be used in SM platforms.
- Communicating with clients via social media channels in direct messages & comments to create community and help drive sales *If applicable.
- Scheduling & posting content created in collaboration with the marketing team for all social media channels using scheduling software.
- Managing community engagement on social media pages, primarily Facebook and Instagram but potentially assist with LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok
- Working with the team to achieve impression, engagement, and follower targets by creating unique & interesting content
- Working with the team to reach out to local brands and influencers for partnerships and collaborations
- Working with the team to create content for internal marketing uses such as printing handouts, promo items, and digital videos (in-house clinic marketing material)
- Supporting the marketing team with other initiatives such as events or promotions

Qualifications/Experience:

- 2 years experience in a social media marketing role
- Experience in any area of filming, editing and unique content creation.
- Understanding of how to post content effectively, knowledge of relevant hashtags as well as expertise of how to operate within Meta business platform
- SM ad creation & performance analysis is preferred
- Basic graphic design would be preferred
- Industry knowledge/experience could be an asset as well

Additional Marketing management:
1 newsletter/month
- Monthly newsletter, same time each month. Treatment education, introducing a provider, focusing on a retail product.
- CTA throughout the newsletter
- Monitor open rate
- Ideal send time: Friday-late afternoon

1 Blog post/each quarter
- Service from the spa side, informational and/or promotional. Needs to be more relevant information using catch phrases such as “Top 5 things, what you can’t live without, how to age naturally ect ”
- 600-750 words

Website Updates
- Update Before and After photos-with provider name, product, amount used, and desired result on the website.
- Update photos, hours, treatment content (if applicable), reviews

Website traffic tracking: Weekly traffic from SM platforms, organic searching page & domain authority, organic SEO, average session duration, bounce rate, lead generation form performance and optimization

Google My business
- Update hours, photos, links & pictures each month

Event Organization & Planning

Graphic Design Assistance-As needed

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
